Expanses of soft and golden sand, where you can spend relaxing days, kissed by the sun.
Since always the locality of Cesenatico also stands out for the strong presence of free beaches, which give the possibility to all lovers of an independent bathing in contact with nature to enjoy hours of relax comfortably lying on golden beaches.
The town of Cesenatico has a long series of free beaches extremely welcoming. These are located in different places: in the vicinity of the skyscraper, behind Piazza Costa, in Zone Cesarini, in Cesenatico Ponente, in Batija, at the Colonia Agip, at the area near the Molo di Levante of the Canal harbour (near the restaurant Gambero Rosso) and in the area in Valverde in front of Piazzale Michelangelo.
Famous is also the free beach of the Tamerici, first free green beach. In the area were planted many trees of tamarisk, plant that always grows lush in the Mediterranean areas: every tree has been pruned according to the classic form of the umbrella and growing over the years, will be able to offer a natural shade always more plentiful, in order to accommodate many bathers.
The walkways have been made with recycled material, while the warm water of the showers will be heated by the simple sunlight (the pipes of the showers are placed just 15 cm from the surface of the ground). Finally, the cabins were made with chestnut posts simply deprived of their bark and waterproofed. The beach of the Tamerici, as already said, is free and provides some services including bicycle deposit, showers and changing rooms, all absolutely environmentally friendly.
